This is a poster advertising a tour of which Lady Gaga will be starring in.
Following the route of the eye, we can see that the tour title is along the top line, which is where the audience focus first, then the eye follows across and focuses on the image. In the image Gaga is wearing one of her stereotypical outfits which her fans will recognise. The surrounding people in the image are all dressed in dark bottoms and are mainly topless. Gaga is the brightest part of the image which makes her stand out.
The colours used are mainly black and white, this works well as the majority of the poster is black with just the title and Gaga picked out in white/lighter colourings.
The text on the poster is very minimal, just telling us the title of the Tour and that it is starring Lady Gaga. This would be enough information for the majority of her fans as if they wanted to see her they would go onto the internet to find out when the tour was taking place and in what venues.
